Frank Lacey participated in a panel discussion before the Missouri Public Service Commission. The topic of the panel was “Aggregation and Perspective on Demand Response.” This was an informational workshop hosted to enable the PSC commissioners and staff to obtain a better understanding of FERC Order No. 2222 and its potential benefits to customers. Frank spoke about the experiences in other markets of consumer value enhancement provided by demand-side resource aggregation in wholesale energy markets.
